Valentine’s DAY or Palentine’s Day?
Everything is still a little different this year and whilst Valentine’s Day is creeping up on us, you might not be feeling great about the fact you can’t see your partner or your best mate this year.
Just because you can’t be with them in person, doesn’t mean that you can’t be with them in spirit. Yes, Zoom can be a little bit tiresome but why not jump on a call with your bestie or your long-distance love this year so that you can still enjoy the day together – whether it’s Valetine’s or Palentine’s Day that you’re celebrating.
Cocktail, or should we say mocktail, making is so much fun and despite the distance, we guarantee that you’ll really enjoying recreating these Amplify drinks together. Why not try and few and see which you both like best?
Froly Pink Flute
50ml Amplify
50ml kombucha
15ml honey syrup
5ml lemon juice
Hibiscus flower in syrup
Drop hibiscus flower coated in syrup to bottom of flute. Shake all other ingredients hard with ice and fine strain into glass.
The perfect Valentine’s cocktail!
AMPLIFIED ESPRESSO
50ml Amplify
15ml honey syrup
60ml cold brew coffee
Pinch of salt
Shake all ingredients hard with ice, double strain into coupe glass and garnish with grated orange zest.
Great to try after dinner!
LAVENDER FIELD
75ml Amplify
20ml lavender syrup
2 pipettes butterfly pea extract
5ml citric acid solution
1 dash saline solution
Shake all ingredients hard with ice, double strain into Nick and Nora glass (or coupe) and garnish with orange twist.

70ml Amplify
30ml cranberry juice
20ml lime & lemongrass cordial
5ml lime juice
Shake all ingredients hard with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
